- your contact details, including email address and phone number
- if necessary, details of a specific application, including the applicant’s name and email address
When you give us your email address or phone number, we will only use it so that we can respond to your question.
Application details
When you enter details of an application, we will use this information to:
- look up details of the application so that we can better answer your question
- confirm that the applicant’s name and email address match the application number you have given, so we can send our answer to the right person (the applicant)
